Return Policy

The main goal in our company is that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase in its original packaging, with your original packing slip within 30 days of your purchase, for a refund.

All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. If an item is returned because it is defective it will be carefully examined and you will be contacted via e-mail to inform you if a refund or an exchange applies to your case. Please keep in mind that if, upon inspection, the merchandise shows evidence of alteration or misuse this could mean you are not entitled to a refund or exchange.

Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please make sure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you believe that the merchandise is not in good condition please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our customer service department at 888 980 8084 or e-mail us at custservices@zappera.com.

We will do everything we can to send a replacement delivery as soon as possible. If you discover the damage after the driver has left your location you must immediately contact the carrier who delivered your item and report the situation, after that you must call our customer service department and await further instructions. Customer service will need to help you with defective items, so please send an email to custservices@zappera.com.

The return of the merchandise runs under your own cost and risk. We will not be held responsible if an item is damaged in the shipping process of your return.

The exchange of an item is subject to that item's availability, if the replacement of an item is unavailable we will proceed with a full refund of the complete amount of the item that was returned.

We'll process your refund right away-within 15 days, after the merchandise has been returned. We will return the money in the same form of payment and the same amount excluding shipping and handling expenses (unless there was an error in the order from our side)

Be assured that we will keep your personal information confidential, any information we may require for the purposes of proceeding with a refund or an exchange falls into the terms of our privacy policy.
